Background Checks
When a client or position requires a background check and we procure a consumer report, we will obtain your written authorization before doing so and will provide the disclosures and notices required by the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and applicable state and local laws, including any pre-adverse and adverse action notices.
Email and Text Communications
If you provide your phone number, we may contact you by call or text about job opportunities and your application. Where required, we will obtain your consent before sending text messages. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. Message and data rates may apply.
Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy and to meet legal requirements. For example, Form I-9 records, payroll and tax records, and public access files for Labor Condition Applications are kept for the periods required by federal and state law. Candidate profiles may be retained so we can consider you for future opportunities. You may ask us to delete your profile, subject to our legal and record-keeping obligations. Residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period.
Data Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to help protect personal information, such as access controls and limiting access to personnel with a business need. However, no website, email, internet transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of any information you send us. You transmit information at your own risk. Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or bank details through our website forms or by unencrypted email unless we specifically request it through a secure method. If a security breach affects your personal information, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You may contact us at any time to update your information or ask us to stop contacting you about opportunities. Depending on your state of residence — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, and other states with consumer privacy laws — you may have the right to:
- Know and access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
- Obtain a portable copy of your information.
- Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling (we do not engage in these).

These rights are not absolute. They apply only where the applicable law covers you and ASRK, and they are subject to exceptions — for example, information we must keep for legal, tax, immigration, or employment purposes, to defend legal claims, or where a request is unfounded, excessive, or cannot be verified.
To submit a request, email info@asrkllc.com or call +1 508-417-8033. We will verify your identity before responding and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

- Unsolicited information: please do not send us sensitive information we have not requested, such as medical or health information, religious beliefs, or government ID numbers.
Recruitment Fraud Warning
Scammers sometimes pose as staffing companies to steal money or personal information. ASRK will never ask you to pay a fee to apply, interview, or be placed, and we do not conduct interviews only through chat apps or ask for bank details before a formal offer.
Genuine ASRK communications come from an @asrkllc.com email address. If you receive a suspicious message claiming to be from ASRK, please contact us at info@asrkllc.com before responding. ASRK is not responsible for losses caused by individuals falsely claiming to represent us.
Important Legal Information
- No employment contract: submitting an application or information to ASRK does not guarantee an interview, placement, or employment. Nothing in this policy creates an employment contract or changes the at-will nature of any employment relationship.
- Not a contract: this policy is a statement of our practices. It does not create contractual rights or obligations for any party, or rights for any third party.
- Equal opportunity: ASRK is an equal opportunity employer. We do not use personal information to discriminate on the basis of any characteristic protected by law.

For material changes, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
